Issue:
A manufacturing company facing COVID-19 challenges, needs a new contact less attendance system. This needed to monitor body temperature, ensure social distancing, Geo fencing( so that only authorized employees/ visitors are allowed in certain areas). Manual monitoring monitoring was impractical. Problem with video analytics was that accuracy was limited because of masks and protective gear.
Our Solution:
By use of CCTV, RFID wearables, Bluetooth scanners & AI ML analytics platform we upgraded the security system to smart attendance & surveillance. Automatic alarms and alerts get generated such that all 1000 employees, even those wearing masks can be traced and safety standards can be maintained.
Results:
Contactless, free flowing attendance, traceability and Geo fencing; ensuring 100% safety to all employees & visitors in terms of social distancing. The AI, ML algorithm has increased accuracy to 99.98% even with masks and protective gear and the need for constant monitoring.
