A large manufacturing company gets over 1000 invoices every month. The accounts then has to physically check the Invoice number match it to a PO, check good receipt, check available budget before a payment is initiated. This is human intense, takes time and sometimes prone to human error (like wrong posting).

By deploying RPA / Bots all the manual repetitive, error prone tasks were automated resulting in speed and accuracy of accounts payable also avoiding duplicate invoice and double payments.
